Maple & Market @ Dakota/Mountbatten.

we walked from mountbatten mrt only about a 7 min walk. really near.

early grey lavender lemon loaf. i like the taste!

buttermilk waffles with maple syrup yummy!! but the waffle has a doughy chewy texture, despite being crispy. it's nice, better than many. but it still loses to esette cafe's hehe.

counter red velvet and flour less choc cake. i like how the red velvet looks so simple, just stacked together, not fancy. in a good way.

And we decided to get the red velvet cake!

i like it!! one of the best, because the cake was really fluffy and light imo. unlike most red velvet it's usually thick and quite hard due to being kept in the fridge or smth. 

also, the cream cheese goes nicely with the light cake, as it's not too strong?

it's a mild red velvet, but yummy. 

walked back to knc for game, sooooo full. oh yeah but it was really cheap at the cafe, i'm happy hehe.

won against nzcc but a pretty boring game hahaha

work has been pretty alright too. tending towards boring at some points, because on mon and tues, i barely had any class? mon i didn't have, tues i had only 1 hour if i'm not wrong. tdy had 3 hours! but brought them to the com lab, and i was so bored. sighs. but so far, it's pretty alright!
